This YACEP eligible  6 Day 50-Hour Aerial Multi Teacher Training including Aerial Hammock,  Aerial Spin, Aerial Swing with Handles , Aerial Wall, Aerial Restorative and Nidra, located in beautiful Tegalalang Ubud area in the heart of Bali.  

Your will learn in  3 Spacious Aerial Studios with quality aerial apparatus surrounded by green beautiful valley.  

This 50h credit is eligible Yoga Alliance YACEP and for RYT200 Yoga Alliance of Bali Kapha Yoga School program.

This program is held by 15 years of Experienced Yoga Alliance Indonesia Yoga School aka Bali Kapha Yoga School of RYS200 + RYS300 ( RYT200 and RYT500 ) lead by experienced Koko Yoga ERYT500 RPYT. 

This self-transformation of Multi Aerial Yoga Teacher Training intensive focus on Aerial technique, Aerial tips and trick, the important of Crochet, Adjustment and Spotting including Pranayama  Creating and Sequencing beautiful and powerful aerial yoga class for beginner level to advanced practitioner.

This program is prepared for beginner to advanced practicioner who wants to become a skillfull and expert certified aerial yoga teacher with multi aerial yoga styles.

Aerial yoga is one of branch of so many variant of yoga styles today, and as part of great Hatha yoga practice of physical movement as combination of yoga, pilates, acrobatic and dance, it also will in-depth inner self yoga journey provides holistic benefit physically and mentally like other styles of yoga practice.
